The company's casting department has two sets of 20T resin sand production line, two sets of 5T intermediate frequency melting furnace and 15t intermediate frequency holding furnace, one set of large pass-through shot blasting machine, one set of 5t and 10t hook type shot blasting machine, one set of 40t pass-through shot blasting machine independently researched and developed by the company, and one set of 5m, 8m, and 13m resistance tempering furnace, and it is capable of producing single piece of products: grey iron within 35T, ductile iron within 20T, and length within 20m. length within 20m. Quality testing equipment: pre-furnace analyser, micro melting detector, spectrometer, metallographic analyser, tensile testing machine and other testing equipment. The processing department has many large digital display gantry milling machine, CNC gantry machining centre, horizontal machining centre, foam mould carving machine and so on.
